After moving to Lancaster County in 1982, due to my father’s job transfer, I attended and ultimately graduated from Hempfield HS, and then went on to obtain a degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

After marrying my high school sweetheart, Tracy, who is also a realtor with Life Changes Realty Group, we started our family and today, we have two adult children and two adorable grandsons.

For the first 30+ years of my career, I worked in the banking industry. For approximately half of those 30 years, I worked in the branch system, where I worked my way up from a part-time teller to a regional manager overseeing 6 branch locations for Bank of Lancaster County. In 2004, I made the transition from retail branch banking to the commercial lending area, where I worked as a relationship manager for 15 years. One of the primary things I enjoyed about banking was helping people reach their financial goals and realize their dreams. It was very rewarding walking though the loan process with both retail consumers who may have been financing either a home improvement, or purchasing a vehicle, or helping business clients purchase commercial real estate, equipment or setting up a working capital line of credit.

In 2019, I left banking to join my wife in real estate, forming “The Seiger Team.” Together, we partner with home buyers and sellers in providing the highest level of service throughout the real estate transaction.

One of the key values that I share with Life Changes Realty Group is community service. Currently, I serve on the Investment Committee for United Disabilities Services Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on helping the aging, veterans and people with disabilities live more safely and independently in their own homes. In addition, I am a past-president/current member of The Rotary Club of Lancaster South, and a past-president/current emeritus member of the Penn Manor Education Foundation. I also attend Manor Church, where I am a current member and past-treasurer/board member.
